I have always thought that I was born 100 years too late. That is why I am drawn to civil war reproduction fabrics. I began collecting them and keeping my eye out for just the right pattern. There are 324 6" blocks in this quilt and probably 200 different fabrics. I machine quilted it all in one piece. It was heavy batting because it is our winter quilt.
